Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor (AS) is responsible for the relationship between the agency and clients, often at a senior level. The AS looks after client needs through direct contact, liaison, and the marshaling of agency resources, and are viewed as a senior Agency representative that can provide tactical and strategic thinking. The AS is the key, day-to-day agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. They are very knowledgeable in both the business of the Client and the Agency. The AS supervises members of their team’s performance, and reviews all outputs formulated by the various operating departments before they are delivered to the Client or VP for review.

You are an accomplished agency marketer with broad experience in all areas of marketing.

You are business-savvy, entrepreneurial, and can provide insights that lead to perceptive strategies, engaging campaigns, and client results.

You have a bright mind nestled comfortably in a friendly, easy-going demeanor. (You’re kinda Type-A but dressed in a cardigan).

You will be directly responsible for strategic thinking and driving insights. You will also be directly involved in every aspect of bringing those solutions to life.

You are smart and resourceful with excellent communication skills. You think on your feet and pride yourself on your organization. You think big picture strategy while knowing the details. You love great marketing, know good design, and enjoy building client relationships. You have a University degree and a minimum of 5 years in marketing, ideally an agency environment.

You also love knocking it out of the park.
