High Liner Foodservice Brand Architecture

After purchasing a number of other seafood companies, High Liner needed to determine their strategy for the North American foodservice market. We began with operator research to understand brand use and loyalties. We then developed the brand architecture, recommending brands to keep and helped rationalize SKUs. We then developed the identity and architecture with new packaging, messaging and positioning to support the rebrand.
